Ingredients
- 1 yellow onion chopped
- 1/2 chorizo cut in rounds
- 1 green pepper chopped
- pinch cumin and oregano
- 1 can garbanzos liquid removed. Optional radicchio or broccolli rabe leaves.
Method
- Saute onion and pepper in olive oil until soft. Add garbanzos and chorizo cook 8-10 minutes. Add radicchio or greens and cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper and serve hot with crusty bread.
