Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter or oleo
- 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 2 c. chocolate chips
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 or 4 caps extract (rum, mint or almond)
Method
- Cream butter and sugar together, then add eggs and beat well. Add melted chips and vanilla until mixture is smooth.
- Add extract and mix well.
- Put in a 9 x 8-inch pan that has been lined with waxed paper.
- Chill.
- Store in refrigerator or freezer (or you can cut in small squares and wrap each separately in Saran Wrap).
