Ingredients

  • 1/2 c. butter or oleo
  • 1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 c. chocolate chips
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 or 4 caps extract (rum, mint or almond)

Method

  • Cream butter and sugar together, then add eggs and beat well. Add melted chips and vanilla until mixture is smooth.
  • Add extract and mix well.
  • Put in a 9 x 8-inch pan that has been lined with waxed paper.
  • Chill.
  • Store in refrigerator or freezer (or you can cut in small squares and wrap each separately in Saran Wrap).
