Ingredients
- 2 cups non-fat soymilk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 34 cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 12 teaspoon allspice
- 1 cup egg (approximately 7)
- 4 cups whole wheat bread, cubed
- 2 cups apples, cubed
- 1 cup cranberries
Method
- beat eggs and add spices, sugar, vanilla, milk.
- combine bread and fruit and toss.
- pour egg mixture over bread.
- let sit 30 minutes.
- bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
