Ingredients
- 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans
- 1 c. sharp cheese
- 2 c. bread crumbs
- butter
Method
- Mix the first 6 ingredients in a 2-quart casserole.
- Sprinkle with 1 cup sharp cheese.
- Mix 2 cups bread crumbs in 3/4 stick melted margarine; stir until coated.
- Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
- Can be made the day before serving. Remove from refrigerator about 2 hours before serving.
