Ingredients

  • 2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 c. chopped pecans
  • 1 c. sharp cheese
  • 2 c. bread crumbs
  • butter

Method

  • Mix the first 6 ingredients in a 2-quart casserole.
  • Sprinkle with 1 cup sharp cheese.
  • Mix 2 cups bread crumbs in 3/4 stick melted margarine; stir until coated.
  • Sprinkle on top of casserole. Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
  • Can be made the day before serving. Remove from refrigerator about 2 hours before serving.
