Ingredients
- graham crackers, divided into rectangles
- 1 stick butter
- 1 stick margarine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 c. crushed pecans
Method
- Cook butter, margarine and sugar for 3 minutes.
- Place divided graham crackers very close together on jelly roll pan.
- Pour cooked mixture over crackers and top with pecans.
- Bake at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Allow cookies to cool and remove each cookie from pan.
