Ingredients
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup maple syrup
- 3 eggs
- 1 cup pecan halves
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell
Method
- Melt butter; add sugar, salt, maple syrup and eggs.
- Beat until well blended.
- Fold in pecans; break large halves in half. Pour filling into crust and bake at 370 for 35 minutes until set. Cool.
