Ingredients

  • 700 grams White rice
  • 150 grams Chicken breast
  • 1/2 medium Onion
  • 2 tsp Soup stock granules
  • 6 tbsp Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 15 grams Butter
  • 1 Salt and black pepper
  • 1 Fresh parsley

Method

  • Cut the chicken into small pieces.
  • Finely chop the onions.
  • Wash the rice and put into the rice cooker.
  • Add the soup stock granules, salt, ketchup, and water and mix well.
  • Add the remaining required water into the rice pot and mix well.
  • Top with Step 1, vegetables, and butter, and turn on the rice cooker.
  • Once cooked, let steam for 5 minutes, then mix well.
  • Season with salt and black pepper.
  • Transfer to a dish and sprinkle with parsley.
