Ingredients
- 1 large can Bush's beans
- 2 large green peppers, diced
- 2 large Spanish onions, diced
- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. sliced bacon, cut in small pieces
- 1 lb. Terisal (Mexican sausage)
- 2 to 3 jalapeno peppers, diced
Method
- Fry bacon.
- Brown Mexican sausage (remove casing).
- Saut onion and both peppers in butter.
- Mix all together and simmer, simmer, simmer.
