Ingredients

  • 1 lipton soup secrets noodle soup mix with real chicken broth
  • 3 cups water
  • 1 cup tomato
  • 1/2 pound boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano leaves, crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 cup zucchini
  • 1/3 cup shredded mozzarella cheese about 1 oz

Method

  • Combine all ingredients except cheese in medium saucepan. Bring to a boil over high heat, stirring occasionally. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. To serve, spoon into bowls; sprinkle with mozzarella and, if desired, grated Parmesan cheese.
