Ingredients

  • 1 roasting chicken, cooked and boned
  • 1 (2 ounce) jar pimientos, drained and diced
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shreddded
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/3 cup onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/3 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 cups Bisquick
  • 1/2 cup water

Method

  • mix bisquick with water.
  • spread dough.
  • in greased 9x13 pan so edges are 1/2 up sides.
  • combine rest of ingredients.
  • pour into shell.
  • bake in 400 degree oven until edges are golden and knife comes out clean about 25 minutes
  • dont let it get dry.
