Ingredients

  • 1 (6 1/2 ounce) packagealouette sundried tomato & basil spreadable cheese
  • 8 eggs
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup cooked baby shrimp
  • 2 green onions, minced
  • 2 teaspoons lemon zest

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Whisk together the Alouette Spreadable Cheese, eggs, and sour cream in a large bowl until well blended.
  • Stir in the shrimp, onion, and 1 teaspoons lemon zest until well mixed.
  • Pour into a 13 x 9 inch non-stick baking pan and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until set.
  • Cut the warm frittata into squares and garnish with remaining lemon zest.
  • Tips: This recipe can be served warm or cold and cut into small squares for use as an appetizer.
