Ingredients
- 1 (6 1/2 ounce) packagealouette sundried tomato & basil spreadable cheese
- 8 eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup cooked baby shrimp
- 2 green onions, minced
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
Method
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Whisk together the Alouette Spreadable Cheese, eggs, and sour cream in a large bowl until well blended.
- Stir in the shrimp, onion, and 1 teaspoons lemon zest until well mixed.
- Pour into a 13 x 9 inch non-stick baking pan and bake at 350 F for 30 minutes or until set.
- Cut the warm frittata into squares and garnish with remaining lemon zest.
- Tips: This recipe can be served warm or cold and cut into small squares for use as an appetizer.
