Ingredients
- 12 cup organic 1% yogurt
- 12 cup frozen mango
- 14 cup coconut milk
- 1 tablespoon hemp seed oil
- 12 teaspoon cinnamon
- handful walnuts
- vanilla, agave nector
Method
- Put the mango, yogurt, coconut milk, hemp seed oil, walnuts, cinnamon in a blender and blend.
- Add a squeeze of vanilla agave nector only if you desire.
- Sometimes magos can be sour so the agave is a good sugar substitute.
- Blend until everything is fine and lumps are gone.
