Ingredients

  • 32 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 8 oz. Cheese Whiz
  • 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1/4 lb. melted margarine
  • 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
  • 2 C. corn flakes
  • 6 Tbsp. melted margarine

Method

  • Put frozen potatoes in greased casserole.
  • Combine and heat cheese, soup, onion, 1/4 lb. margarine and sour cream.
  • Pour over potatoes. Put corn flakes over the top and sprinkle 6 Tbsp. margarine over corn flakes. Bake 30 minutes covered and then 30 minutes uncovered in a 350 degree oven.
