Ingredients
- 32 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 8 oz. Cheese Whiz
- 1 can (10 3/4 oz.) Cream of Chicken Soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/4 lb. melted margarine
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 C. corn flakes
- 6 Tbsp. melted margarine
Method
- Put frozen potatoes in greased casserole.
- Combine and heat cheese, soup, onion, 1/4 lb. margarine and sour cream.
- Pour over potatoes. Put corn flakes over the top and sprinkle 6 Tbsp. margarine over corn flakes. Bake 30 minutes covered and then 30 minutes uncovered in a 350 degree oven.
