Ingredients
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 c. sliced mushrooms
- 1 lb. sliced spicy sausage
- 1/4 c. dry white wine
- 1 c. diced green onion
- 1/4 c. minced garlic
- 2 lb. shrimp
Method
- Melt butter in skillet.
- Saute all ingredients (except shrimp and wine) until vegetables are slightly tender.
- Add shrimp and saute until pink (done but still tender).
- Add wine.
- Cover and cook 60 seconds longer.
- Serve with rice.
