- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 large container sour cream
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 1/2 stick margarine, melted
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper
Method
- Mix all ingredients except potatoes, then add potatoes.
- Put in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
