Ingredients
- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 c. onion, diced
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 lb. container sour cream
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 8 oz. grated cheese (Colby or Cheddar)
- salt and pepper to taste
Method
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Top with crushed potato chips. Bake in a well-greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish for 1 hour at 350°.
