- 2 lbs. Ore Ida frzn hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt. lowfat sour cream
- 2 c. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 c. diced onion
- 2 c. crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
Method
- Combine all but last two ingredients in 9 x 13 baking pan.
- Mix cornflakes and butter and top the potato mix.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 60 min.
