Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1 small container sour cream
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 c. crushed cornflakes (optional)
- 1/2 stick melted butter (optional)
Method
- Mix soups, sour cream and onion in large bowl.
- Add frozen hash browns and toss to coat evenly.
- Place mixture in a greased 9 x 11-inch pan.
- If desired, mix cornflakes and melted butter. Sprinkle over the mixture.
- Cover with foil.
- Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
- Uncover and bake for an additional 30 minutes or until done.
