Ingredients
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1 can chicken soup
- 1 (32 oz.) bag hash browns
- 2 c. cubed cooked ham
- 8 oz. American cheese, cubed
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 c. crushed corn flakes (4 c. before crushing)
- 1/2 c. oleo, melted
- 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Mix everything together except oleo, corn flakes and Mozzarella cheese.
- Put into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
- Mix oleo and corn flakes together. Sprinkle over potato mixture.
- Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
- Sprinkle cheese and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
