Ingredients

  • 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 can chicken soup
  • 1 (32 oz.) bag hash browns
  • 2 c. cubed cooked ham
  • 8 oz. American cheese, cubed
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes (4 c. before crushing)
  • 1/2 c. oleo, melted
  • 1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Mix everything together except oleo, corn flakes and Mozzarella cheese.
  • Put into a 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
  • Mix oleo and corn flakes together. Sprinkle over potato mixture.
  • Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
  • Sprinkle cheese and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
