Ingredients
- 2 (32 oz.) frozen bags hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of potato soup
- 1 can cream of chicken or cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Method
- Thaw out potatoes before using!!!
- Mix all ingredients together, except saving out 1 cup of shredded Cheddar cheese. Bake in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake 2 hours at 300° or 1 hour at 350°. One-half hour before done, sprinkle remaining cup of cheese over top.
