Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 2 cans potato soup
- 8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 c. sour cream
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Combine potatoes, soup, Cheddar cheese, sour cream and garlic salt in large bowl; mix well.
- Spoon into greased 2 1/2-quart casserole.
- Dot with butter.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Bake at 350° for 1 hour.

- 12 servings.
