Ingredients
- 20 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 5 grams Cornstarch
- 30 grams Sugar
- 60 grams Milk
- 50 grams Condensed milk
- 1 Egg white
- 10 grams Butter
Method
- Add the strong flour, cornstarch, and sugar to a heat-resistant container while measuring.
- Use a whisk to mix in a circular motion.
- Soften and smooth it out here to avoid clumping later.
- Mix in the milk a little at a time.
- Then add the condensed milk and mix well.
- Be careful not to let lumps form.
- Heat in the microwave at 700 W for about 1 minute 40 seconds.
- After mixing add the egg white and mix in.
- Microwave again, 700 W for about a minute.
- Mix, then add and melt the butter and use a rubber spatula to knead well.
- It'll be thick and glossy after kneading.
- Wrap, make into a 15 x 18 cm shape, and once it's cooled, place in the freezer.
