Ingredients
- 1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes, frozen
- 2 c. potato soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 8 oz. sharp grated Cheddar cheese
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
Method
- Mix all ingredients together except Parmesan cheese.
- Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and dot with butter.
- Cook for 1 hour at 350°.
