Ingredients

  • 1 sm. bag frzn hash brown potatoes, loose
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1/2 onion, minced
  • 16 ounce. carton lowfat sour cream
  • Corn flakes
  • Butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Method

  • Mix together has brown, cream of mushroom soup, onion, and lowfat sour cream.
  • Bake in 325 degree oven approximately 30 min.
  • Remove and crunch corn flakes (in hand) over top to cover well.
  • Pat with butter.
  • Return to oven about 15 more min.
  • This is great for cookouts with chicken, steak or possibly ribs!
