Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1 1/4 tsp butter
- 1 jam
Method
- Break eggs into a bowl
- Add flour, milk and salt
- Whisk till ingredients combine
- Heat pan and let butter melt
- Pour mixture into pan and let sit till bottom side browns then flip over
- Add jam and enjoy
