Ingredients
- 2 large potato grated
- 3 large egg
- 1 dash salt and white pepper
- 1 tbsp parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp mozallera cheese
- 4 small cherry tomato fine dice and juice
- 1 medium dill
Method
- in pan little oil fry hash brown till slightly brown both side then add eggs , salt and pepper till set 1 minute off heat
- tranfer to buttered baking dish top parmesan and mozallera cheese broil for 10 minute
- top tomato and juice serve
