Ingredients

  • 2 lb. pkg. hash brown potatoes
  • 1 stick oleo, melted
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 cans crushed corn flakes
  • 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup margarine or butter
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 cup flour
  • 1/2 stick margarine
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Method

  • Mix all ingredients for casserole together and pour in a greased 9 x 13 inch casserole dish.
