Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk I used soy milk
  • 1/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Method

  • In a saucepan combine milk, white chocolate chips and cocoa powder. Bring to a simmer, stirring constantly until chips are melted.
  • Add pumpkin puree, cinnamon, pumpkin spice and vanilla. Whisk until well combined (I used an immersion blender).
  • Top with whip cream, ground cinnamon and a cinnamon stick, if desired.
