Ingredients
- 1 (2-layer) orange cake mix
- 1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla instant pudding mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. cooking oil
- 1/2 c. orange juice
- 1/2 c. Galliano
- 2 Tbsp. vodka
Method
- Combine cake mix and pudding mix.
- Add eggs, juice and liquors.
- Beat on low speed 1/2 minute, then on medium speed for 5 minutes.
- Scrape bowl frequently.
- Pour into greased and floured tube pan.
- Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes or in 2 (9-inch) pans for 30 minutes.
- Cool in pan for 10 minutes.
- Remove to rack and pour on glaze while cake is warm.
