Ingredients

  • 1 c. mayonnaise
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1 c. onion
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 1 pkg. chopped fresh spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup mix
  • 1 1/2 c. Land O Lakes light sour cream
  • 1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese*
  • 1/2 c. chopped ripe olives
  • 1 Tbsp. finely chopped onion
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 (8 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
  • 6 (10-inch) flour tortillas

Method

  • In medium bowl, stir together all ingredients, except tortillas.
  • On each flour tortilla, spread about 1/2 cup spinach mixture.
  • Roll up tightly; wrap in plastic wrap.
  • Refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
