Ingredients
- 1 can sliced beets, drained
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. butter
Method
- Mix sugar and cornstarch.
- Add vinegar.
- Let sauce boil 5 minutes, stirring constantly.
- Add butter.
- Pour sauce over beets. Let simmer 30 minutes.
