Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 2 Tbsp. margarine, melted
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 c. pecans
Method
- Put eggs, sugar, salt, corn syrup, margarine and vanilla in blender and blend well.
- Add pecans and blend just enough to chop nuts coarsely.
- Pour into unbaked 8-inch pie shell.
- Bake in hot oven (425°) for 15 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 350° and continue baking until top is lightly browned, about 30 minutes.
- Good for freezer.
