- 1/4 c. skim milk
- 2 unsalted beef bouillon cubes
- 3/4 c. plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise type salad dressing
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. green onion, chopped or 2 Tbsp. onion flakes
Method
- Mix milk and bouillon cubes in blender until bouillon dissolves.
- Add remaining ingredients, except onion, and blend at high speed until smooth.
- Stir in onion.
- Use as a dip for raw vegetables. Yields 1 1/4 cups.
