Ingredients
- 1 lb. lump backfin crabmeat
- chopped onion to taste
- chopped celery to taste
- salt and pepper to taste
- Old Bay Seasoning to taste
- white sauce
Method
- Fold crabmeat into white sauce.
- Roll into round cake shapes. Dip into egg and milk mixture, roll in "Shake and Blend" flour. Roll in Italian flavored bread crumbs.
- Deep fry until brown.
