Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 3 slices bacon, diced
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. paprika
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 c. dairy sour cream
  • poppy seed noodles

Method

  • In skillet, brown beef with bacon.
  • Add onion and cook until tender, but not brown.
  • Drain off excess fat.
  • Add seasonings to meat mixture.
  • Stir in soup.
  • Cook slowly, uncovered 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
  • Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly.
  • Do not boil.
  • Serve over hot poppy seed noodles.
