Ingredients
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3 slices bacon, diced
- 1/2 c. onion, chopped
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- dash of pepper
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. dairy sour cream
- poppy seed noodles
Method
- In skillet, brown beef with bacon.
- Add onion and cook until tender, but not brown.
- Drain off excess fat.
- Add seasonings to meat mixture.
- Stir in soup.
- Cook slowly, uncovered 20 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Stir in sour cream and heat thoroughly.
- Do not boil.
- Serve over hot poppy seed noodles.
