Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 envelope Lipton beefy onion soup mix
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 can light spaghetti sauce (medium size)
  • 1 (12 or 16 oz.) bag Mozzarella cheese

Method

  • Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Mix the ground chuck, egg, soup mix, salt and pepper together.
  • Roll into meatballs.
  • Cook in oven until done.
  • Drain off fat.
  • Place in casserole dish.
  • Pour cheese on top of meatballs.
  • Pour spaghetti sauce over the cheese.
  • Put back into oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • Eat as a side dish or for sandwiches.
