Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1 envelope Lipton beefy onion soup mix
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 can light spaghetti sauce (medium size)
- 1 (12 or 16 oz.) bag Mozzarella cheese
Method
- Preheat oven to 350°.
- Mix the ground chuck, egg, soup mix, salt and pepper together.
- Roll into meatballs.
- Cook in oven until done.
- Drain off fat.
- Place in casserole dish.
- Pour cheese on top of meatballs.
- Pour spaghetti sauce over the cheese.
- Put back into oven for 15 to 20 minutes.
- Eat as a side dish or for sandwiches.
