Ingredients

  • 3 c. graham cracker crumbs
  • 3 1/2 sticks butter or oleo
  • 2 c. powdered sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 c. crushed pineapple, well drained
  • 7 bananas, sliced and dipped in pineapple juice
  • 1 large carton Cool Whip
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Method

  • Combine graham cracker crumbs and 1 1/2 sticks melted butter (save 1/2 cup for topping).
  • Mix and press firmly in bottom of a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Beat together for 20 minutes the powdered sugar, 2 sticks butter, 2 eggs and vanilla.
  • Spread on top of crumbs.
