Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. mayo
- 1/2 c. milk
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- onion
- garlic powder
Method
- Simmer finely chopped onion.
- Brown ground meat and pour off all fat.
- In bowl, combine eggs, mayo, milk and cheese.
- Mix ingredients thoroughly.
- Pour over ground meat and onions.
- Mix thoroughly again.
- Spoon into pastry shell and bake at 350° until cheese is melted and pie is set.
- Before baking, sprinkle garlic powder over top of pie.
