Ingredients

  • 1 lb. bacon, cooked, drained and crumbled
  • 1 pkg. crescent rolls
  • 1 c. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • 1/4 c. milk
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper
  • 2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese

Method

  • Cook bacon; drain and crumble.
  • Separate rolls into 8 triangles.
  • Place in an ungreased pizza pan to form a crust. Sprinkle bacon over crust evenly, then sprinkle hash brown potatoes over bacon.
  • Sprinkle Cheddar cheese evenly over that. In a bowl, beat the eggs, milk, salt and pepper; pour over crust. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese over top.
  • Bake in a 375° oven for 25 to 30 minutes.
  • Let set a few minutes.
  • Slice.
  • Serves 6.
