Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1/4 c. chopped onion
  • 1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
  • 1 small can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 can tomatoes and juice, chopped
  • 1 can mushroom soup
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 to 3/4 pkg. cooked egg noodles
  • small jar pimientos

Method

  • Brown meat with onions and bell pepper.
  • Mix soup, mushrooms and tomatoes.
  • Add meat and cooked noodles. Put into large casserole dish.
  • Bake at 450° for 25 to 30 minutes until bubbly. Remove from oven and cover with grated cheese.
  • Return to oven just until cheese melts.
