Ingredients
- 1 large or 2 small boxes strawberry jello
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 16 oz. can cranberry sauce
- 16 or 20 oz. can crushed pineapple
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/4 c. grated pecans
Method
- Dissolve jello in boiling water.
- Add cranberry sauce.
- Use fork or wire whisk to dissolve cranberry sauce in jello mixture. Add pineapple, undrained.
- Stir to blend.
- Let jello chill.
