Ingredients
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 Tbsp. flour
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 2 (8 oz.) cans minced clams with liquid
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Method
- Melt butter in medium skillet on low heat.
- Stir in flour and garlic salt with wire whisk.
- Add liquid from clams.
- Continue to stir.
- Add seasonings.
- Add clams last.
- Simmer 10 minutes.
- Good over cooked, thin spaghetti.
- Yields 4 to 6 servings.
