Ingredients

  • 6 medium potatoes, peeled and sliced
  • 2 cans Cheddar cheese soup, mixed with 1 1/2 cans of water
  • 2 large onions, peeled and sliced
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck

Method

  • Spray a 9 x 12 casserole dish with Pam and pat out 1/3 of hamburger meat into bottom of pan. Then add a layer of onions and a layer of potatoes. Add 1/3 of soup mix. Continue to layer until all ingredients are used, ending with soup on top. Cover with foil and put in 350° oven for about 1 1/2 hours. Serve with a side salad.
