Ingredients
- 1 1/2 or 2 lb. ground beef
- pepper to taste
- 2 large onions
- 1 c. diced celery
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
- 1 large can chow mein noodles
Method
- Lightly brown ground beef in skillet.
- Add onions and celery and continue to cook for about 5 to 10 minutes.
- Remove from heat and add undiluted soup.
- Blend well.
- Pour into buttered casserole (12 x 8-inch).
- Top with chow mein noodles.
- Bake for 30 minutes at 350°.
- Serves 12.
