Ingredients
- 1 lb. thinly sliced, boiled ham
- 2 Tbsp. prepared brown mustard
- 1 lb. thinly sliced American cheese
Method
- Spread each slice of ham with a little mustard.
- Place a slice of cheese on each slice of ham.
- Cut roll-ups in quarters after rolling them up.
- Secure loose ends with toothpicks.
- Heat until cheese is beginning to melt and ham is hot in 375° oven.
- Can also be heated in microwave oven.
