Ingredients
- 1 (9-inch) pie shell
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1 1/2 c. diced, cooked ham
- 1 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
- 1/3 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/3 c. sliced green onions
Method
- Rub pieces of meat well with salt and lay on board or table, skin side down.
- Cover each piece with additional salt.
- Leave meat in salt for 6 weeks.
