Ingredients
- 1 (No. 303) can French-cut beans, drained
- 1 (No. 303) can English peas, drained
- 1 medium green pepper, chopped
- 1 (2 oz.) can pimento
- 1 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 1/2 bunch green onions or 2 medium size onions
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/4 c. oil
Method
- Mix beans, peas, pimento, celery, green pepper and onion and a pinch of salt. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Let stand overnight. Makes 10 servings.
