Ingredients
- 2 cheese triangles
- 2 slices rye bread
- 1/2 cup arugula
- 3/8 ounce beet cooked, julienned
- 1 7/16 tablespoons carrot julienned
- 2 slices ham chicken
Method
- Spread a generous amount of cheese on the slices of bread.
- On 1 slice of bread, place the arugula, beet, carrot and ham.
- Cover with the other slice of bread.
