Ingredients
- 1 box lime Jello
- 1 can crushed pineapple
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese (softened)
- 1 c. Cool Whip
- 1/2 c. chopped nuts
Method
- Dissolve Jello in 1 cup boiling water.
- Let cool.
- Add Philadelphia cream cheese, pineapple and Cool Whip.
- Mix with beater.
- Add nuts.
- For tree effect pour salad mixture in coffee cup liners.
- Gel.
- Dip in hot water to loosen.
- Turn upside down on leaf of lettuce.
- Top with Cool Whip.
- Place a Maraschino cherry on top of tree for effect, or pour into small square pan.
