Ingredients
- 6 to 8 slices ham
- 8 to 10 potatoes, pared and sliced
- 2 onions, peeled and thinly sliced
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 to 2 cans milk
- shredded cheese (optional)
Method
- Mix soup and milk.
- Layer ham, potatoes and onions.
- Pour soup mixture over ham, potatoes and onion mixture.
- Bake at 350° until potatoes and ham are done.
